Welcome to Sis & Her Club. By purchasing a membership, booking services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Membership Agreement

Sis & Her Club operates on a membership-based model. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Maintain an active membership to access member benefits

• Provide accurate and current billing information

• Abide by all booking and cancellation policies

Membership benefits are non-transferable between individuals.

2. Services & Benefits

Membership services include beauty/self-care services as outlined in your selected tier.

• Services must be scheduled in advance

• Availability is not guaranteed without booking

• Some services may require consultations

3. Rollover / Transfer of Services

Unused services may roll over for up to 3 months under the following conditions:

• Your membership must remain active

• Services do not roll over if membership is canceled

• Members are responsible for tracking and using their services

After 3 months, unused services expire.

4. Add-On Services

Add-on services:

• Are charged at the time of service

• Are not included in membership pricing

• May require deposits

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please respect scheduling policies:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations may result in a fee

• Repeated rescheduling may limit booking privileges

6. No-Call / No-Show Policy

• After one no-call/no-show, a rebooking fee may be required

• Rebooking approval is at management discretion

• Multiple no-shows may result in membership termination

7. Payments & Billing

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis

• All payments are non-refundable

• Failed payments may result in suspended benefits

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services:

• No refunds on memberships or services

• No refunds on unused services

• No refunds on add-ons once rendered

9. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel with written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Rollover services are forfeited

• Membership benefits end immediately

• No prorated refunds

10. Code of Conduct

Sis & Her Club maintains a respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service for:

• Disrespectful behavior

• Harassment or misconduct

• Policy violations

11. Liability Disclaimer

Sis & Her Club is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Results that vary by individual

• Missed appointments due to client delays

Clients are responsible for disclosing health or skin conditions.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, billing, and communication.

13. Policy Updates

Sis & Her Club may update policies at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
