At Sis & Her Club, we are committed to providing high-quality services and experiences. Due to the nature of beauty and self-care services, all sales are subject to the following Refund Policy.
By purchasing a membership or booking services, you agree to this policy.
1. Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable

No refunds will be issued for partially used months

No refunds will be issued for unused services

Memberships are non-transferable between individuals
2. Unused Services

Unused services are not refundable

Services may roll over for up to 3 months only if membership remains active

Expired services cannot be refunded or reinstated
3. Add-On Services

Add-ons are charged at the time of service

Once an add-on service is performed, it is non-refundable

Deposits for add-ons are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments (with proper notice)
4. Deposits

Deposits secure your appointment time

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice (minimum 24 hours)
5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Failure to provide proper cancellation notice may result in forfeited payments

No-call/no-shows are non-refundable

Rebooking fees may apply after a no-call/no-show
6. Dissatisfaction with Services
Client satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy:

Notify us within 48 hours of your service

We may offer a correction or adjustment when appropriate

Refunds will not be issued for completed services
7. Prepaid Packages & Promotions

Promotional services and discounted packages are final sale

No refunds or exchanges on promotional offers
8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash

Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable
9. Policy Agreement
By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
